first use clone tool to fix blemishes then dup the layer and use a surface blur.....mask out area not need then set transparency to a level that makes it look great but not cartoonish....poof Flawl... Read More »

grab a graphics pen...lol otherwise take any image to illustrator and use the live trace option which they probably used and it will find and trace the contours for you ;) Read More »
